We want users of council services to have smooth online experiences. Rather than relying on personal opinions, we have gathered together core principles, standards and recognised best practice to guide staff in designing online services.

All of our online services will need to meet these standards and all of our staff who are involved in designing and publishing online services will need to be fluent with these.
