Newly qualified teachers

香港赛马会 is a great place to start your teaching career with excellent opportunities for career progression within our schools.听Through the focused work of the school improvement partnership (BDSIP), all NQTs receive support and mentoring throughout their induction year. You will have access to bespoke training and receive close guidance as you become better and better. Salary

We pay our NQTs the inner London weighting allowance which means you can expect to earn a听minimum of 拢28,660听and even higher with the recent pay award, and with progression on the upper pay range your salary can听reach 拢47,298. With promotion into leadership roles your salary will be even higher.听
